Online Appointment Booking
Elements Esthetics is such a busy spa in the summer (and year round) that we recommend you book your appointments 2-4 weeks in advance to avoid disapointments. We also recommend that you prebook your next appointment before you leave the spa to ensure you can get in.
Our online appointment booking is now up and running, if you are a client and have been into the spa before (have provided us with your first and last name as well as email) you can click the elements client option but have no used online booking before, we MUST have your email for us to do this so feel free to call and give us your email so we can get you going. If you are a new client you will need to give us a call in order to use the online booking
If your appointment is successfully booked you will be taken to a page, letting you know it was successful, giving you a confirmation and you will also receive a confirmation email
Please note some services are not offered to book online for those services please call Elements to book
If you are attempting to book multiple appointments within the same day, please call us to book to ensure there is adequate time
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit and cash
Day Spa Etiquette
- Clients with repeated late/missed appointments may be subject to prepay services
- Minimum 24 hrs notice is required for cancellations, or the appointment is subject to a cancellation fee.
- In order to maintain a quiet environment, children should not accompany adults for extended services or services where they cannot be under parental supervision. Children receiving services are more than welcome.
- Please arrive on time. Arriving late cheats you of precious moments of your service. Clients over 5 minutes late may be subject to appointment cancellation at the estheticians discretion.
