Day Spa Etiquette
- Clients with repeated late/missed appointments may be subject to prepay services
- Minimum 24 hrs notice is required for cancellations, or the appointment is subject to a cancellation fee.
- In order to maintain a quiet environment, children should not accompany adults for extended services or services where they cannot be under parental supervision. Children receiving services are more than welcome.
- Please arrive on time. Arriving late cheats you of precious moments of your service. Clients over 5 minutes late may be subject to appointment cancellation at the estheticians discretion.
