Here at Elements we could not agree more, and as the only Aveda Concept Spa in the Yukon we are reusing, reducing and recycling as much as we can. Aveda was the very first beauty company manufacturing with 100% wind power. Aveda is constantly striving to support sustainability worldwide. So it is no surprise then that 90% of Aveda’s essential oils and 89% of Aveda’s raw herbal ingredients are certified organic.
- We work with third party agencies that study toxicology and the environment to give us an unbiased view of where we are and how we can improve year after year.
- All of our shampoo bottles contain 80-96% post-consumer recycled content, keeping 300,000 pounds of plastic out of landfills each year.
- Aveda’s goal is to minimize our ecological footprint on earth by reducing the amount of virgin materials and incorporating the highest possible PCR content.
Polishes
We use both Zoya and SpaRitual polish lines for our manicures, pedicures, and for purchase. Our eco-friendly products are free of formaldehyde, toluene and DPB. Whether you’re looking for a matte neutral beige or bright florescent pink we have all the fashion-forward colors your heart desires.
